After placing ads in a local paper, Don Hoperich started to get phone calls, from many out of town people trying to get information on homes that were available for rent in his town. When asked how they were able to find his number, the answer was simple – through the Internet. People were able to find homes for rent from a local newspaper classified section that was available over the Internet. The problem was this was not as simple as it seems, not all local papers are available on the Internet. After extensive research, we needed an easy to find and easy to use Internet site that was not expensive to use and user friendly. RentalPropertiesUSA.com was launched on July 19, 2000. |
