Fees.

There is no charge to browse the available properties that are listed on Rental Properties USA. If you decide to list a property, Rental Properties USA will require you to pay a fee.

Note - The fee you pay is for the right to list properties for rent on Rental Properties USA. You do not purchase any exclusive rights to a Web page on Rental Properties USA. Rental Properties USA, at our sole discretion and without your consent or without any payment to you, can place third party advertisements on any Web page within our site.

Listing Fee.

When you list a property on Rental Properties USA, you pay a non-refundable Listing Fee. Listing Fees vary by the type of property you list and the length of time you want the listing to run. When you list your property with us you have the opportunity to review the ad prior to any listing fees being paid or charged to you. The types of property are as follows:
  • Single Family Home - This could include a manufactured home that is placed on a foundation

  • Multi Family Home - This may include a duplex, triplex or four-plex but generally not considered to be an apartment dwelling

  • Apartment - More than four units

  • Senior Housing - Housing that restricts units only available to senior citizens

  • Vacation Home or Time Share - This could be a beach home, mountain home, desert home, or resort property that a person would rent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis

  • Condominium

  • Mobile Home - This could include a space only type of property where someone could place a mobile home

  • Commercial Property - This would include retail or general commercial property

  • Assisted Care Facilities - Specialized housing tailored towards the needs of personal care of individuals

  • Bold text in listing - You can put the "Title of your Property" in boldface text in the Property Select List pages.

  • Featured Listing - You can place your property in the featured section of the Property Select List. These featured listings appear at the top of the Property Select List.

  • Gallery of Properties- These listings appear in addition to the regular listings (this are where people browse listings as text only). In the Gallery of Properties, people browse through small pictures of the properties. This requires a picture in JPEG (.jpg) format to use in the Gallery.

  • Link to another URL - We can link you to your own Web page in the Title Box that is located under the space provided for a picture of your listing.

  • Highlighted - This feature is an eye catching green colored text to Highlight your listing in the Property Select List.

Payment Terms.

When you register on Rental Properties USA your credit card is recorded into your account information.

When you place a listing with Rental Properties USA you will be able to view your listing and the associated fees that apply for the listing prior to being charged for the listing. Once you accept your listing - by Clicking on the Accept Button, your credit card is automatically charged for the fees that apply to your listing. You will receive an Email confirmation indicating the total amount that has been charged to your credit card.

You will be able to go back and edit your listing at any time during the listing period without being charged for the changes. You will not be able to change any of the terms of the listing or optional fees that affect the original cost of the listing once the listing is first accepted.
