Why do I only see Sample Listings? -

We must not have any listings in a category or an area that you are interested in. We are a new company on the Internet and are working hard to promote landlords and property managers to list their available rentals with our site. What our site is doing right now, if there are no listings available in an area that someone is interested in, a default sample listing will appear. This gives potential landlords a chance to view what a listing will look like and it also indicates we have an ability to list a property in that area. We have over 23,000 cities in our database nationwide.

I am a renter and looking for a property, do I need to register? -

No, as a renter looking for a property to rent all you have to do is begin your search. Only Landlords or Property Managers need to register so that they can list properties for rent. Anyone may view available properties for FREE!
