Position: Advertising Sales Representatives

Job Description:
We have developed the finest rental advertising portal on the Internet. We have an immediate need for several outside "Savvy Professional Sales Persons" who are creative, self motivated, and enthusiastic that are seeking a great commission, with the opportunity to be paid as highly as you can achieve. We are looking for seasoned, assertive people who will be successful in growing this organization. You will be responsible for contacting, closing, and administrative functions that are related to the position. A strong background in real estate or property management is desired. Maintaining your base of customers will ensure a significant success with residual rewards on renewed advertising contracts.
Experience:
Previous outside sales experience. Computer skills, including data input. Real estate background or property management would be helpful. Internet Skills.
Requirements:
Provide your own transportation, computer, basic computer skills, Internet access, and digital camera. These are Independent Contractor positions.
